+GYRUSS Thank you Richard, I am indeed it's a really nice kit! I was very surprised at how good it was, thank you for sending me this cool kit. :)

Beautiful work, as usual. The very first kit I built when I got into the, about a year ago. Was a Tamiya Panzer V. Made in 1967. Lol You did a great job turning an old kit into a work of art!
@reelmesh8 жыл бұрын
+bpezzano1 Thank you! It's actually a very interesting challenge, to bring some dignity to these old models that back in the day used to make my delights. :)

Very nice job, Carlos. That is looking very, very nice. The Jumbo is on my short list of kits to build.
@reelmesh8 жыл бұрын
+Brett G Thank you Brett! The Jumbo has a certain look to it doesn't it? I don't know what it is, I feel it's the same brute force look that the Tiger has that also makes this tank interesting. :)

Carlos, as with any build u do it lols flawless. Absolutely love it my friend. Looks superb. Wish I could get the courage to get on with some of those techniques u used such as modulation and chipping etc. watching builds like this is simply inspiration. Super job bud.

Great work CM, I like your point about a simpler kit still giving you the room for creativity.
@reelmesh8 жыл бұрын
+Hinterland Customs Thank you, indeed it does, also because it's old and cheap, people tend to permit themselves to experiment and make mistakes, which in turn is very important in the creative and artistic development. :)
@HinterlandCustoms8 жыл бұрын
Exactly man, I am applying that to the Walker Bulldog tank I'm doing now...a lesser "kit" in the armor world, but allows me to think more about how to add details as well as do research on it, which is fun. Appreciate you sharing this and taking the time to respond. Always enjoy seeing your work Carlos.

+Non-Prolific 1/35th Scale Model Builder Thank you Jens! Falas português? :)
@non-prolific135thscalemode78 жыл бұрын
Nao, Carlos! But I love Bossa Nova and I love the sound of your language! :)
@reelmesh8 жыл бұрын
That's very cool Jens, but Bossa is Brazilian Portuguese, which sounds much different from the Portuguese I speak. Fado would be the go to Music for regular Portuguese language. :)
@non-prolific135thscalemode78 жыл бұрын
Ah, ah thought there would only be a slight difference. I didn't listen to Fado very often, but I like the rhythm. Would be important to understand the lyrics, 'cause as far as I know there's a real meaning - not like in many Bossa Nova songs! :)
@reelmesh8 жыл бұрын
Non-Prolific 1/35th Scale Model Builder Yes indeed, Fado is another word, for destiny mixed in with drama and the hardships of life. So it mainly speaks about difficult subjects and life itself, be it the good, or the bad. :)
