I’m a veteran. I deployed during wartime but have no combat experience. I certainly have little to none of the same training the USSS has but I know that ordinarily there’s no way in hell that all members of the detail wouldn’t have been fully briefed about whatever expectations there were for their individual roles. I heard that Cheatle said the woman who struggled with her holster wasn’t a normal member of the detail and that she didn’t know the plan. Did none of the DHS people there that day think it was weird that they hadn’t been briefed about the gameplan?!?! “Is anyone going to brief us about what they need us to do? Idk what I’m supposed to do besides be here and I certainly have no idea what to do if things go sideways. I guess I’ll just stand over here and keep an eye out for anything weird” should’ve been a giant red flag for anyone who was in the same position that day!! That said, I’m really curious what position the holster lady holds and what she normally does.

Funny how they are saying the shooter was close to the right edge of the building when in fact he was further to the left. The open window in the adjacent building had an open window. That window was in a direct path and was in better position to hit Trump where he was hit. The "shooters" position was not in line with that kind of shot. I do believe that there was a shooter in the building and perhaps a 3rd shooter on the water tower or further out because of the audio of the shooting. You can clearly distinguish the different rifle sounds and the distance they were firing from and different firing patterns. Hope we will know some day, but I am not holding my breath.

You are saying the thing that stood out to me from when i first saw the video. Secret service put him in to the passenger side as opposed to the driver side of the vehicle. The passenger side was more exposed to public than drivers side. At that time the agents had no idea where bullets were coming from, so probability says use the side which is more protected. This type of mistep makes regular folks as myself question if this was staged. With all the info that came out since, i know this was not staged and was the result of departmental apathy.
