I love how this song builds and builds on itself til it ends in a crescendo of mania. There's a lot of catharsis here.

This was in a bar bathroom and I was ready to spill all my secret shames. I’ll come back to this later when I can listen.

Same. I’m kinda bummed, it could have been cathartic lol

Shocking amount of talent and production value. Love it it lands and speaks the parts we Gant find voice in. Evocative and cathartic.

Catch them live. They’re great music + song writers but also very humble, kind, and fun to hang out with. So, buy their merch so they can keep producing!

This song is very intense. The singer (Lena, I believe is her name) pours herself out singing it It’s incredibly vulnerable. I hate to sound like a cliche modern therapy goer, but I was blown away by her bravery and felt inclined to thank her for sharing it through her talent for us. Beautiful people, this band

After the video of the song "Pure", which is still looming in my mind after a year, I knew that if a new Secret Shame video drops, I'd need to build up some emotional strenght before watching it. Well, it took a month for this one, but it's good that I did, as this was a strong one.

Felt that one...maybe a different story but the same beats. As I've gotten older the voices have gotten quieter, or maybe I've just gotten busier, but they never totally go away. And zero yeah that too. That especially. In the darkest moments I just want to be forgotten, to be ignored, to be nothing...because in those moments you can never hate me as much as I hate myself and I am worth nothing and deserve nothing. So I am zero...the nothing that is. (Which is the painfully poetic title of a book about the number Zero ) True, the darkness is far less present these days which is great, but the scars and shadows will never go away. Loved what the guitar, bass, and drums were doing in this one as well...the voices too. Amazing as always...
