It's weird how they completely sort of glossed over the surprise of kokomi being in the bottle domain. Like, they were more surprised about eula being in sumeru than kokomi being in a magical bottle realm.. Like.. Have yall seen how far away watatsumi island is..? They were like _oh kokomi who basically never leaves the island, somehow is now in a faraway desert inside of a magical bottle domain....yeah just another Tuesday_

LITERALLY!!! it keeps me up at night how quickly the game forgets things or glosses over totally CRAZY bits of information for no reason?? i feel its especially prominent with kokomi, with her character story being a horrible, uninteresting date with very little connection to the WAR they just fought!? there's so much potential for what she COULD be that they do her so dirty every single one of the VERY rare times she even shows up. i love her character on paper and her lore is genuinely so interesting, but its been so poorly executed for her entire existence in the game. and im SO TIRED of the only excuse for her writing being neglected being: "oh well, she's gonna be important later." a future reveal does NOT excuse lazy writing.
