You need to make another video for the post patch to this issue. The reason why is because there is a way for a player to use a vanishing gauge and instantly attacking you, destroying the vanishing mechanic for the offensive player( being you the offensive player). I want to know how to do that my self so please address the issue and expose it.

PvP is only fair when both players have fast connections. If one has bad connection then the match can go any direction.

One more note: When you do the dash forward+step w/ Ki cards, you gotta be at least mid-range or close. If you're far range, the opponent will have time to recover. Keep that in mind.

I hate the moments in PVP fights were you literally can't move even if you cover change. I've possibly just broken my phone over this happening to me several times in a row 😡. I can't counter it, I've tried, but I'm done with Dragon Ball Legends PVP. It's absolutely not fun. Maybe with friends it is, but up against anyone else is a different story. Screw the free CC you get out of it. I've had enough BS moments in my life. I should just stick to fighting advanced AI in games like Call of Duty. Step tech is such aids i use it and fkin hate it they need to rework side stepping/dodging in this game cause if you have someone in your combo with a char like greenku or ssj vagina its literally over (for that character atleast) just lay down your phone besides you if you dont have a dmg cut unit or a greenku cause you re not allowed to play the game anymore

Ya it makes me sad. I get to the 200 to 300 leaderboard and from then on even though I know how to use side step endless combo it always comes down to who starts there's first. And also becuase of lag I swear people can ruin your combo to start there own (Riku has a fight with me on his youtube channel and I just stood there eating a ki blast art card even though I had vanishing I couldn't do anything so I just ate it but when I watch his video it's smooth for him). The 200 rankers can literally endless combo you and wipe an entire character every combo string it's tough. Like I feel forced to use piccolo or someone who can reduce damage with cover change. But like I get it why wouldn't people wanna win. My only thing is does Bandai really want this? I wonder why bots don't use it. I dunno I don't play that much anymore why wait to get endless combo'd then rising rushed and then they have 3 against your one and just vanish combo vanish combo vanish combo your last character and u haven't even hit them yet lol. If you have an android team, you can swap for 19 or 20 if they do the blast + swipe. Or the Goku that does the Instant Transmition when subbing.

i don't think this can be called a "counter play", it's not everyone who have a chance to get GRN Goku or a nice Android team.... It's just a loop of death, pretty easy to do in fact.... i just think this is a flaw of a lasy mechanic, like in SNES street fighter II: "hadouken spam, shoryuken in the jump"... nothing to realy do about it and even for one second this separate "good players from bad players". Like i said, it's realy easy to do...

The problem with "KI SIDESTEP" is that most of the time especially with lag hence MOST OF THE FKN TIME, it gives too much time to the enemy to recover, while Strike Sidestep is way easier to control since the animation ans SS are way quicker....

Unless they make a counter for it then it should be patched, it’s logics. For example someone who is a master at sidestepping can wipe out your whole team, just like that. Pro sidesteppers just need you to make one, literally one mistake and that’s it game over. Only IT Goku can interrupt a sidestepping combo, that’s the only counter for it right now and to be fair that’s not even good enough.

I pretty much copied the habits from opponents. I've even learned how to lure opponents to use their vanishing timing their side steps to attack on time so they won't vanish. Also I've learned that when they vanish they wait for me to side step to do the same but instead I attack. It's all about timing. Had battles where tough opponents don't even touch me.

I did end up trying that side-step tech trick, but it's not helping me one bit. Plus, I'm sick and tired of dealing with those ridiculous players who abuse certain characters that they have and I don't that out bested me over several times in a row and losing my battle points and rank in the process. I mean, all I need is that the makers of this game should add an update that let's you have the option to not battle with a player (whenever that player appears) that you don't want to battle and not have your points and rank get decrease since don't need to be forced into something that I don't want to go through and not worry of losing my rank that I worked hard on getting up to.

I have no problem with this tbh. A PVP game like this is obviously gonna have metas, and all we can do is adapt to it. Instead of getting mad that it’s a thing, just be glad you now know how to do it so it’s a level playing field. And if you still refuse to do it well either stick to single player or don’t play the game at all; because trust me after this video EVERYONE is gonna adapt to the meta.
