Damn that's so surreal, 21st of June I said goodbye to my dog after having him for 13 years (had Lymphoma - did the chemo and got an extra year with him) His name was Dexter too! Couldn't believe it when I heard you say your pooches name was Dexter. Melted my heart and also made me a little sad thinking about my boy. Big love bro, keep smashing it! 💪🏼

@bakergymreaper I suffer with lower arm rotation dude. I played golf from the age of 6 through to 30 at a professional level and built fairly big forearms, 16". The build up of muscle stops the lower arm from rotating. Its not tension/tightness/stiffness its because you have mutant forearms so your probably never be able to straight arm bb curl without pain. I am currently forcing my arms to straight arm curl as i to love this movement for arms instead of using the easier variant ez bar. Force that sh1t big man ;)

It’s all genetics. No matter gear use or natural or workout’s you’ll never be like baker. Unless you got that endomorph body type to start with. Baker was probs a beast before even touched a weight. Cry gear all you want he’s just born that way. Same goes if baker wanted to be a classic physique guy he’ll struggle more than a small bone/joint guy. People are built for different shit , no one is the same.
