@@farmerdre1 do you have a 2 layer roof that's inflated? I couldn't tell. If not you should that's what we do and that will help with heating and condensation etc
@ZsOtherBrother
@ZsOtherBrother Жыл бұрын
@@prestonberg9604 Does that require constant air pressure? and how do you seal the two layers? Thanks.
@prestonberg9604
@prestonberg9604 Жыл бұрын
@@ZsOtherBrother it requires a small blower motor real small like a 1/16 horse electric. It’ll make like a up to 20” pillow. Obviously it billows more in the center of the frame and less where the tie down points are ex: at the peak and at the sidewalls . But when it’s windy it will ride real nice and insulates much better and you don’t get frost on the inside of the plastic
@prestonberg9604
@prestonberg9604 Жыл бұрын
@@ZsOtherBrother the layers bleed off just enough air to equalize so you don’t need a pressure relief valve . We use “wiggle wire” at the ground then go up four feet to a sidewalk and there’s wiggle wire there. So the sidewalls are separate pieces and are not inflated. Only the sheet of roof is. So you could really do a single layer on sidewalk unless you’re doing a “ground to ground” frame.

Hi Bob ! I don’t believe there’s a recipe per se, but watching the video there’s a bag of Berger #2 which is a commercial germination and potting soil mix. Berger products are highly recommended by commercial growers. They’re based in Canada have offices in the US as well. I use several products from Berger including the germination mix along with mixes #5 & #7 depending on specific crops. Good Luck !

You can make potting mix by mixing peat moss and vermilate. 3 parts peat and one part vermilate. Wet it first in bucket and then add to cups

Tip for heating for your greenhouse. Go by local heat and air business. They probably have old heating units from ones they replaced. They will do excellent job and are much cheaper.

You can grow earlier and stop growing later into fall, obviously that's the main advantage. So I would say you get better yield because you can grow them longer. That's my guess atleast

I get best results putting 2 Transplants together, buried deep, per stake/cage. They will share root systems, becoming a single vigorous plant. Jalapeños and other Peppers and not just Tomatoes respond well to this method. Hola Vecino! Saludos desde eSpringdale Arkansas BuenGente😉😉😉!!! Wanna swap Italian Sauce Tips for Hispanic ones??
