When it comes to comic books, the art style in my opinion as important as the story. I'm so thankful for Capullo being on Batman. I don't think Batman has ever looked so badass in my opinion.

This video really illustrates (haha "illustrates") what I love about Capullo's art, specifically Batman. Aside from his remarkable style and technique, it's the uniquely cinematic and dynamic feeling you get when reading a Capullo comic that makes it so enjoyable to me. His directing and camera work is so much more thought out and varied than what you might expect from your average comic. W artist

That's why I cringe a lot when I see Capullo's style. Because I get to imagine how it would feel like to be Batman having his body get all those punishment. "Man, that's gotta hurt A LOT!" And how he builds the story from beginning to climax really gets me on my feet. From page 1 of the New 52 Batman, Snyder-Capullo-Glapion-Fco really gave me a roller coaster ride.
