Regarding prenup, if the visa is issued on the basis of the couple being married, then you may not be able to get a prenup. You may have to get a postnup instead. A prenup is before the marriage, postnup is after the marriage. Now some courts do not value postnup agreements.

Please also do an episode on dual nationality laws involving overseas Pakistanis and why it can take so long for overseas/foreign citizens with NICOPs to get a first ever Pakistani passport should they seek to apply for it for different purposes (e.g. playing for Pakistan in international sport)
