Amazing information! And cardiovascular disease is a huge health problem. And if the heart is the foundation for health then teaching incomplete and even incorrect knowledge about the heart to medical doctors, people can be made perpetually sick with all kinds of diseases which fuels and sustains the growth and profit for the healthcare and health insurance industries.

I ordered the Heart book today. Dan Winter on his YT Channel for many years has been talking about these things too. Also, I am re-reading all my RINGING CEDARS OF RUSSIA BOOKS where Anastasia, the Lady of the Forest also speaks of these things to do with MAN in depth. Excellent. Thank you both. PS. Oh and sometimes I see lilac blue light around me. Just sometimes. I hope that's a good sign. When I 'fast' I feel soft flames down my arms. That is, WHEN I fast. Ahem! ...;)

😻😻😻There is ab am esoteric from Canada that comes over and back over 7 years ago I felt the expansion in my chest ….. the energy system showed off to him when he came over because he could sense and see peoples energy systems …… there . There was a time he was giving a talk at the theosophical society in Nottingham and my heart felt it was expanding so much that it would burst ….. so much so that he almost burst out laughing because he could sense this and see …… I would sit there trying to act like everything was normal despite what was going on in me . . He then was checking everyone’s heart centre because the energy working through me was activating their heart chakras . He is the man that I got confirmation about myself ….

I recently joined an anthroposophic group online only to find within the first few hours, there existed an agent infiltrator within the group. If we want to find evil, we only have to look to our left and right to see Ahriman is right there. You see the world differently when you are a psychic clairvoyant. That is why I am such a reserved person in real life. and perhaps it is a miracle that I am able to stay so calm despite looking at evil directly on a daily basis. Evil is as prominent as the wind itself and yet I understand the necessity of why things are this way. Really as I see it. the only way to prevent infiltration within occult groups is to form our own group of 13 where each person in the group is individually selected by an interviewee so to speak except the actual interview is a clairvoyant one. You just need to look at each person and say “he or she is the one” “no. this one is intending to do evil. he will not be welcome” a psychic recognizes another psychic. You only need to look at someone and you’ll know

I have done a lot of eurythmy in my time with some great teachers. I too, feel that it brings levity to the heart. I do eurythmy every day and my heart somehow was healed, my kidneys also. I attribute some of the healing to eurythmy and to gratitude and thankfulness. Lovely remark. Thank you

I have a question... 30 years ago I was struck by lightning in the middle of my chest. I was actually in my kitchen standing under a metal exhaust hood which was right next to a skylight. I had just turned the dial on the stove and the bolt came straight into the middle of my chest and I was immediately paralyzed. I felt the current racing all through my chest trying to find a way out but kept running into "dead ends". It would then go back the way it came and try another route only to run into another dead end. This went on for probably only seconds, but each second I was thinking, "Where is it going to come out and what body part is gonna be blown off?" Lol! After traversing the length of my whole chest area, sometimes trying the same pattern several times, it finally found an "out" through my right shoulder. It then raced down my arm and I literally saw bolts of lightning come out 2 fingers on my right hand which was still "frozen" near the knob and hit the metal burner with a BOOM! It killed every small appliance in the home, close to 10 of them, but I did not have a single mark or scratch on me. This past year I had all my arteries from my brain to my toes examined along with a Lexiscan, Echo Doppler, Liver and Kidney tests, cholesterol, BP, bone density the whole works. Every test came back completely normal or ideal with zero plaque or scarring. I don't know what to make of this and just wanted to get your thoughts... other than a miracle, is there something else (esoterically maybe?) I can take away from this? Thank you if you even consider answering such a crazy question! lol!

Part of what we are told about blood pressure by heart doctors is incorrect. Too much medication is handed out like candy. I am not a doctor, so I can't give medical advice but I would say that what your question points at is accurate. Thanks for the comment.

why is it that Rudolf Steiner lists this current cultural epoch as the Anglo-germanic epoch, is this suggesting that the main spiritual progress is happening in Central Europe in comparison to the United States? I see the US as being an infested nest for Ahriman. Certainly we are the most materialistic country and not a good model to follow.
