Great channel. Keeping our hearts healthy is the same as keeping our whole body healthy - plenty of sunlight before 11am, clean water from a natural Spring if you're lucky, locally grown veg and fruits in their season. Almost every plant and tree we see around us is nutritious.( I've got a heart condition).

I would LOVE to watch this with my eyeballs, but all the bouncing around. Is it necessary? Why has cinematography gone to this? I really enjoy learning from Chester's models, and it is verydis-heART-ning not to be able to watch this presentation. I would love some serious answers below if you know. Thanks in advance.
