Shatakshi in previous videos and write-ups you mentioned you started preparing for consulting jobs during college days. Which means you found your purpose early on(since you are still in the field which is some how related to it even today). Definately it is good to find it as early as possible. But I think due to no of reasons most of us pursue things which are not exactly what we love to do. And having failed at those things, we get frustrated. Can you please share how you decided what do you really wanted and make career out of that?

Why are E-mails used so frequent in the companies rather than WhatsApp or other social medias?

Emails are more manageable, structured and professional way of sending a message. Many orgs do use tools such as slack for daily regular comms though too.
