Thanks for making this video! My wife and I are thinking of going in March. How strict are the mask requirements there? Also we have had friends go to all inclusive resorts in Cancun and said they were disappointed because a lot of the shops and restaurants were closed on the resort due to covid. Was it like that there or is everything open? Thanks!

Hello! There was no mask mandate for guests during my stay- only staff. We only wore masks at the airport, after that, never again. (I will be going to Cancun this week, so will have a better idea if anything has changed with that since August). Due to the lower occupancy, restaurants are rotating, and entertainment much less than usual. However, we have had a great time each vacation during covid. The prices are much lower, so I factor that into my opinion. Downtown Cabo closed at 11pm each night, if that was somewhere you’d consider visiting.

Daniela Gaytan no, I used Amstar to and from the resort, and Uber between resorts. You’d have to step outside the airport grounds to grab Uber.
