DAMN! This BARBER has SKILLS. I live in Riverside California and EVERY barber out here is average and I mean average. do you use the flick out motion only when taking out guidelines or when putting them in as well?

Better to flick out when doing any fade work because it makes it easier to remove any lines. But dont make your flick so excessive. A lot of barbers waste time doing crazy off the head flicks when they are not really doing anything. Stay close to the head and flick out slightly thats all you need to create soft lines and leave no hard lines.
