Coach Justin! I have a question about the front foot down on time the question is how about Top tap because in Top tap your foot is on the ground early???
@UltimateBaseballTraining6 жыл бұрын
You go into a regular stride after your toe tap, so your front foot still gets down on time, not early.

Awesome video Justin. I have a question for you. If you are going to throw a curve ball should you turn your wrist while going forward like a "C" or start with the wrist like "C" and just follow through that way. I hope that makes sence. I'm assuming that is personal preference but wondering whats more effective for a 13 year old learning. Thanks.

Hey Justin! Another great video! Thx! Different topic, but got a question for you. I have a few players (including my Godson) that default to short-arming their throws. And what I mean by that is their elbows drop way down, almost to their rib cage, and push it, rather than throw. Do you have any drills or pointers to help get rid of this habit? Thx!

Ive heard people say that my vision isn't good enough for the mlb (with glasses on, somewhere between 20/20 and 20/15) because the average mlb players vision is 20/12. Do you think its more of a reaction time thing, or if this information is just bs?
@UltimateBaseballTraining6 жыл бұрын
Obviously the better vision you have the better off you'll be... but I don't think there's a specific "vision number" you need to be. It's not about the cards you're dealt, it's about how you play the hand!

That is why u always sit fastball opposite field. If you aim fastball oppo when it’s a breaking ball you are early and have more time to adjust bat placing and you pull it fair. Easy
