That's a very rich culture display, however it would be better if the mixing was done in a stainless steel or aluminum container preferably food grade rather than plastic because there a lot of unhealthy compounds released from the plastic container into the food.

But I wanted to ask , emm can the powdered mixture of spices and millet be preserved since it was soaked overnight will it undergo further fermentation and spoil or I can keep the rest and do the cooking later
