This was my fourth take on sewing a face mask seam, and the closest I could get looked like a stoner ant trying to stumble his way home after a serious bender. to help with the block laying flat,...use a thinner thread (80ct) and a smaller stitch length along with that...

so the secret is to purchase the die cutting machine...lol i was looking for a homemade poor version for the sewer without the funds!!!
