I have two for you to try but I haven't seen anyone do yet. If you keep whistleing at the roundabout where the guy is playing music in Saint Denis he will stop playing and yell at you. Also, if you shoot an animal by the water's edge, your arrow will go through and you will see this splash of the arrow on the other side of the animal, especially if it's a small animal like a beaver and you could go and pick up your arrow

Don't the different arrows behave differently? Like the improved arrow shoots straight through and to find it you need to follow the trajectory. Small game arrow just rolls on the ground until it stops. I forget what the regular arrow does lol. It definitely threw me for a loop when I first crafted those arrows. Now I want to go shoot near the water's edge to see if it splashes.

@@laya8880 I believe I used the improved arrow but it will definitely splash. I shot a beaver that was right on the water's edge in my arrow was sticking just on the other side of it I was over there Elysian pool, at the river. Right after that happened. I just couldn't believe the detail and then I turned around and an eagle came down and grabbed a fish or water snake out of the river and flew away with it hanging from its mouth. I was just floored after those two things happening back to back

I remember many hours after starting suddenly hearing someone singing to themselves while riding in the middle of nowhere, I was like "oh crap, there's a person nearby." I kept looking around until I realized it was just Arthur lol. Things like that, the varied way his idle animations cycle, I remember thinking "This is a whole ass MAN inside my tv." 😭

I dont think it makes a difference if you shoot the bell high or low. The sounds are different but they are also different on both low shots. So its a dynamic sound, no matter where you hit.

If you have bad honor, the one who visit Arthur's grave only charles and john. But if you have high honor, other gang member who still alive visit Arthur grave before they go from country (because the gang disbanded), this the reason why many flower in high honor Arthur, because many people visit him. If you meet one of members who still alive like Tilly if i not wrong they will talk about arthur grave in cutscenes but if you have bad honor they said "that jerk". I kinda forget because I play long time ago when rdr2 just release to ps4.

I saw an interesting point about the clouds in rdr2. They are so highly detailed and volumetric all the time, and you can't even appreciate it fully from the ground. There's really only one mission where you have a chance to see any of it- the hot air balloon mission. But they're super well done and you don't get to see any of it 99% of the time, just the bottom. Someone pointed out this was probably a good opportunity to try out new techniques and figure out better clouds for GTAVI. Like a test run. I think it's actually highly likely this is the case, so who knows how many things learned in the development of RDR2 will be implemented in GTAVI?

The game does explain this early on but since there is no button prompt for this it still has a place here as I don't know how to do this after 90 hours of playing Story Mode. It explained it in the beginning but it is usefull in so little situations that most probably forget about it.

RDR1: Martson tells everyone "Dutch left me for dead, so I left the gang." RDR2: Marston WENT BACK to the gang, it was ARTHUR who MADE HIM LEAVE, because he didn't want to leave, AND the last time he saw Dutch, Dutch saved him and Sadie from Micah AND left Marston and Sadie all that loot. RDR1: Marston told Marshal Johnston that Bill Williamson was Dutch's second in command. RDR2: Bill was not even in a leadership role in the gang - the leaders were Dutch, Hosea and Arthur; Bill was no higher than Uncle, Javier or Marston. RDR1: Marston needed a guide and maps for New Austin; didn't know anything about Tumbleweed (Marshal Johnston had to explain the town to him).. RDR2: Marston was all over New Austin, including passing through MacFarland's ranch (which he only lived a short distance from too...a problem in RDR1 as well) RDR1: Arthur never existed; never worth mentioning. RDR2: Marston dealt more directly with Arthur than he ever did with Dutch, as did all the gang members. Etc. Retcon prequels are always terrible as far as story goes. This game is no exception. Pack a lunch the day you want to prove me wrong on anything.

Marston crying about Dutch leaving him for dead...even though Dutch's last act was not only saving John, but leaving him with a lot of wealth is just weird - it would be like Luke Skywalker telling everyone that his last memory of Darth Vader was Vader cutting off his hand at Bespin, not Vader saving him from the Emperor.
