I saw the face of Jesus in the sermon given during the inauguration for the present administration by bishop Budde. It was a message that presented the concept of mercy and justice for minorities in this nation. This message was in defense of a defenseless people and it was overwhelmingly met with derision, defiance, and rejection! I'm fearful of whats to follow. Gods forbearance to this wicked generation is about to end and His judgements are sure to follow. Prayer is what we need that Christ gives us the strength to stand and lift the banner of truth at this time and know the difference!!

For me the old testament is not about the wrath of God but about His ongoing patience and giving His people chance after chance and the people time and time destroying their chance again and again. I feel that is somewhat reassuring so that when I do some things I shouldn't there is a chance for me to ask forgiveness and the strength to obey. God is not a mean wrathful God in the old testament but a patient one.

Jesus TWICE CLEANSED the Temple (sanctuary) during His earthly ministry. IN the Temple they were doing things CONTRARY to God's will and way. THEY should have known better. But they allowed their traditions to soothe their consciences and of course, their LOVE of MONEY, POSITION AND AUTHORITY OVER OTHERS made it irresistible for them. How does this play out in our Body Temple?

Why doesn’t Satan die because the wages of sin is death? If God is merciful in that humans die because of sin, why didn’t Lucifer die? Obviously man was not permitted to eat from the tree of life. But how does Satan sustain his own life? What are the immediate consequences of Satan’s sins on his person? Are there any temporal consequences to him like poor health etc?

God is Love . He Gives Everybody choice . He could definitely kill Lucifer bur that will give the wrong Message of God being Love God wants Everybody to Love Him, so we have a choice. To Destroy Lucifer on the spot, people will be scared of him and thus sending out the wrong Message of God. Because God is Love all we have to do is Repent and Confess of our Sins and Lucifer did not. Heaven is a place of Peace, and that trouble Maker with his Deceipt and lying could not stay to Co- upt any more of God's Angelic beings

@ I understand that God didn’t kill Lucifer. I want to know why the consequences of sin for man are not the same for Satan. Man chooses to sin and he dies but Satan doesn’t die even though he sinned. I know he will die in the final judgement but it seems he doesn’t suffer any immediate consequences. Just thrown out of heaven.

Jesus hates SIN but LOVES the sinner. Unregenerate humans love SIN and generally HATE the sinner. Our only remedy is total submission to God.
