New strategy. I think if we all just buy into whatever franchise shaq does, we are prob safe.

Comments @ (10:20-10:40) I could not agree more. You really have to roll up your sleeves that first 1-2 years if you want to succeed. No free lunches. Finding that right operator once you are off the ground could be just as difficult if not more so then the launch itself. BUT what happens when the initial operating company requires you back or face destruction. When you know the new franchise venture is not ready to leave your nest. It just not ready to fly. Not everyone is Elon who can work 120 hours a week and split his 60 over 7 days to make sure both do not collapse. It's one of the biggest self-imposed worries/risk I contemplate. Which child do you let Solomon cut in two at that point before telling him your prepared to let it go. What's the advise? Fall forward? Curious if there is an upfront strategy discussed with these E2 clients entering this competitive US market on this being a very real possibility..

Very interesting questions. In my opinion the easiest way to reduce risk is to buy an existing franchise resale, or business that is already profitable. It takes a lot of what you are saying out of the equation. Hit me up if you want some help finding one. info@tariqjohnson.com
