Hello mam You really have a great technique to deliver lecture. But plz I have a query as I don't know that comment caption be helpful or not .Any way my query is that plaintiff filed a suit for partition without any other relief 4 years ago ,written statement filed , issues framed also but still pending adjudication .Now after 4 years the plaintiff has filed another suit for permanent injunction regarding same property . What should be done best to get the second suit dismissed? Or any other best solution you suggest ? Plz reply??

Madam ji Criminal case me ni act 138 me check k matter chal raha tha ab usme saja bhi ho chuki hai khatam bhi ho gayi saja ... complainent ne Civil case bhi daal rakha hai papers laga kar to kya civil case ko ham CPC sec10 se hatwa sajte hai Please madam ji reply kijiye urgent hai
