Sry I didn't get ur point, but still if two cases of similar in nature are pending in which parties are same, then the trial of second suit is barred, once the decision of first court is out then it applied to second suit (Res judicata)

Sec 10 always talk about stay of trial I'm second suit during the pendency of first suit, once the decree of first court comes it applied to second suit as a resjudicata. Moreover if parties doesn't disclosed the result to second court and their second court also pass decree, then second decree will prevail over the first decree, as no one can sleep over his ryt

Sir, at 20:41, one of the conditions for res sub judice is "earlier court has jurisdiction to grant relief claimed in the subsequent suit" - so if the plaintiff files a suit in court A and claims small amount of relief but files a subsequent suit asking for higher amount than the pecuniary jurisdiction of earlier court, then will res sub judice not apply??

Sir i have the same doubt regarding the conflicting decree i have gone through the comments , but sir suppose plaintiff filed a suit in court A & B regarding recovery of money , but the defendent didn't inform the second court regarding the 1st suit and later on courts A decreed in favour of plaintiff and court B in favour of defendent means the defendent is geeting benifited by not informing the court and the plaintiff is at loss soo what can the plaintiff do in this case if the second decree is to be executed.
