मामलेदार कोट अॅक्ट 1906 कलम 5 केनुसार रिट याचिका हायकोर्ट मे चालू आहे लेकिन हमारे अधिवक्ता कह रहे है कि एसडीओ को अधिकार नाही हे रिविजन करणे का लेकिन इसी मामले में 2006 को एक इसी मामले निकाल हो चुका है रेस जुडी काटा लागू होता है लेकिन हमने तहसीलदार के यहा वो मामला बताया नही है तो इसके लिए क्या करे

Sir suppose agar koi order appealable hai appeal ke liye but court ke order me usme powers ka misuse kiya ho.. To kya revision ke liye high court jaa sakte hai? Sir Because Bare Act me Section 115 me likha hai where no appeal is provided .. Toh sir jaha appeal hai aur waha court ke power me misuse kia ho... To kya koi revision ho sakta hai?
