Sir unborn ko transfer k sath condition h ki interest major hone par payga.. Lekin child k major hone se pehle life interest vala personar jata h.. Tb us property ka kya hoga vapas laut jaygi... ? Or nhi vapas jaygi tho property ki care kon karega

What if i give limited interest of some property to A for an unborn child and put an condition that this unborn child must be your great grand son? Can i do so?

Nahi. In case of Transfer to unborn person two condition must be satisfied, first absolute transfer second the only condition you make is to hold the property upto the minor attain the age of 18 years. Any other conditions make the transfer void.
