Sir one doubt you said if prior interest died before the unborn person the property goes to the transferor itself but if tranferor or testor also passed away means who takes that property

Then the property will be splited and alloted to all the legal heirs of transferor equally or on basis of particular ratio

Such property will be shared on the basis of intestate succession to his legal hiers according to their personal laws
