It happened in Kolkata few CBI officers were trying to enter the police commissioner's house for investigation, though CBI had informed the police commissioner and asked him to visit CBI office he didn't visit and after many approaches, the CBI officers came to Kolkata and when they were trying to enter his house local police obstructed and detained them like goons and took them to the local police station. Can local police obstruct and detain the central investigation agency like this way?
