Sir under sec 182 if the offender last resided with his first wife in delhi but they are basically from chandigarh. Now here case can be enquired into by the court whose local jurisdictiin they last resided that is delhi?? Or it be the chandigarh??

Sir,,,, A,abets B at chandigarh to commit the murder of C at delhi. B does not act according to the abetment, and C came to know about the abetment. Now can C file a case against A and by which court the case shall be inquired into or tried u/s-180 Cr.P.C.

As nothing further was done by B, so only abetment was there in regard which Chandigarh become the jurisdiction.
