In 186(2), the word appellate criminal jurisdiction is mentioned. So it means the court where the first appeal is filed? Couldn't get this.

186 takes about other proceedings should be discontinued and trial continues with court having jurisdiction

Sir agar 188 me vo Banda india me arrest hone ki foreign me hi arrest ho gya jo India ka citizen hai to usko vaha ke law ke according punishment di jaegi ya india ke law ke according di jaegi.

Extradition ke lie apply Karke India me Hum punish kar sakte he, else according to foreign law if he caught in the land of foreign country

1. sir if a citizen of India commits offence in foreign land , they will apply their own law & punish him, so what is the purpose of 188, 189crpc & sec 3 & 4 of ipc as it is not practicable please answer? & 2. we have have sec 186 crpc, is it possible to apply similar provision or can similar provision be found or can sec 482 of crpc be used as similar to sec 10 & sec.11 cpc? please answer
