sir, I am having a doubt. If the person who is liable to make payment, is making part payment and on every payment made, a fresh period is commuted. so, in that case wont he keep on dragging the period by making part payment. like for example the PP is from jan2018-jan2021 and the amount of debt is 3,00,000, on December2020 he makes a part payment of 50,000 and from that date his new period is commuted that is from DEC2020-DEC2023, and again on Nov2023 he makes a part payment of 50,000. So, my question actually is that, is this what the Section is telling or have I interpreted wrongly?
