When the magistrate orders investigation under 202, then police has to submit it's report under that provision only i.e.202. But in sec 208, when the copies have to be supplied to the accused on complaint cases, it includes 161 and 164 statement too. So where these statements came from? Is the 202 investigation includes police taking witness statements under 161 ??

sir agr FIR police close kar de ye likh kr k jis k khilaf complain hoi he wo begonah he or ye FIR jhoti he or us begonah ko riha bhi magistrate ne hi kia ho lekin jo complainer he wo magistrate ko dubara complain kare k police ne us ki FIR pr sahi tariqy se kam nahi kia to is pr kia reaction ho sakta he magistrate ka. sir please is ke bare me reply zaroor karia ga ap ka answer mere lia boht zaroori he.Pleas.......
