Mam if there is a case where the wife is the applicant and got the order of permanent maintenance by her hesband , after that the hasband gets married again with another lady then , will the wife get the maintenance continously or not?

In this case the wife is entitled to get maintenance as long as she is alive and does not remarry. In case divorce decree has been granted then the husband can remarry with another lady at the same time he will continue to give periodic maintenance to his first wife.
