The plaintiff was the owner of two houses,not constructed by him permitted his brother ( defendant). To occupy one of houses. The defendant pleaded that the house was constructed with contributed funds. The plaintiff agreed to transfer one of the houses to defendant on settlement of accounts. By an endorsement agreement plaintiff relinquished his rights in favor of his mother. The mother bequeathed property in favor of two sons, plaintiff & defendant. Thus agreement became unenforceable & executable. Sir in second lecture you explained about unenforceable agreement, please explain more about it. can there be similar agreements, by the class of void agreements or by any other provision of contract act? please answer & make a video regarding this covering more examples.

Sec 337 talks about act which causes hurt whereby causing hurt endangering life or personal liberty of another. Sec 338 talks about Grevious hurt by endangering life or personal safety of someone else. In this case, I guess sec 337 and 338 can be used

It simply says that arbitration agreement in which person is restrained to move in a court for any dispute is the exception and the agreement is valid, as the parties themselves agree at the time of making the contract to refer the dispute to arbitrator
