Sir as per the example you gave .. in the first instance when the contract was done between A and B.. will that be violating the clause of constructive notice because B without making necessary enquiries entered into a contract with A. According to that I guess B will also stand at fault. I am getting confused at this point.

If there is any contract made between the parties then parties should follow that contract terms , And- If in the absence of the contract between the parties, the general rule will follow regarding that section.
