@ahouseofclay-transformhere yes i commented the same thing. And do so everywhere. And it's not just about these kind of cases. Our systems has 0 accountability. Think of it. The case would had never come if the police would had seen that the woman is lying and not registered the fir. That's it. Matter closed. Then come the judges of the lower court, who are almost always the once to make absurd judgements. Like one judge told the husband he will have to build a house for his wife. Like wth. Another judge told a rapist to get a rakhi every year from the victim as punishment. Where the hell is this going? It is because of these people that the cases keep escalating. And lastly, SC never punishes these people which only emboldens them.

सिर्फ आलोचना करके क्या होगा? पत्नी को कोई सज़ा दी गयी क्या? इसके बाद भी ऐसी पत्नी को लाखों-करोड़ों इन्ही जजों के द्वारा इनाम के रूप में दिलाया जाता है, यह कहके कि ये तो पत्नी का मूलभूत अधिकार है. कोई बहुत बड़ी बात नहीं कही गयी है. यही काम अगर पति करता तो सीधे जेल भेज दिया जाता। निशा शर्मा का मामला याद है आपको. यहाँ तो शादी ही नहीं हुई थी फिर उससे शादी करने गए पुरुष उसकी माँ और उसकी बुआ को लगभग दो महीने तक जेल में रहना पड़ा. लेकिन निशा शर्मा को कोई सजा तो नहीं हुई. 2005 में तो इसे "कानूनी आतंकवाद" कहा गया था, तो हो क्या गया इससे? आप लोग अपने कोर्स में क्या यही सिखाते हैं? आखिर यही कोर्स करने के बाद परीक्षा देके यही विद्यार्थी तो सुप्रीम कोर्ट और हाई कोर्ट पहुँचते हैं.

Don'y know what's wrong with the women today here I at the age of 43 I learnt a new course studying for the past two years and now am working in a domain of my choice......I had to take care of my kids and family then also I did it as I had no choice because my husband can leave me at any point......so instead of begging I worked hard to be financially independent......shame on those who cheat, beg,lazy or like a child immature......marriage require dedication but people want shortcut.

Due to these kinds of poor laws of India, we see more and more extra marital affairs from the wifes side...openly and blatently....our laws have made women so empowered that if a husband objects to wifes affairs....he and his family is directly threatened with 498A . The stupidity of our law is so great that after decriminalising of 497 , adultery law....a wife is not doing anything unlawful to be put in jail if she is having an affair openly while in marriage...but if her husband does that again 498 applies for mental cruelity...and he can be put in jail. This stupid laws are conflicting with section 21 and 15...right to equality, ans discrimination due to gender and privacy laws.. God knows when our Supreme Court will open their eyes ans our law makers sitting in parliament do something about this, which is breaking families and marriage these days.

Nice awareness Maam court should give punishment to those who register fake case along with fine (high amount) So that this trend should be stopped. Liscenc of lawyers should also be cancelled if they register and guide others to register fake cases.
