50 lakh dekar pati road per aa jaye toh thik hai, alimony or maintenance ka matlab toh ye hona chahiye ki agar ladki financial independent nahi hai to dena chahiye toh sahi bhi hai, court case me pati ka bhi toh kharch hua uska koi hisaab nahi...pata nahi kab Indian court me ladko ke liye bhi rahat milega...

@priteshjoshi6559 Do you know how rare it is for a wife to be granted no maintenance? Even in this very video, wife is admittedly earning well, and not in need of maintenance, yet still granted 50 lakhs alimony just because courts feel it's a custom for men to give something.

A divorced ex - wife ( after taking alimony or full settlement amount) can come back after several years and claim maintenance There are several cases running in the courts where these type of cases are running and like every other maintenance case ( during subsistence of marriage) once an application is filed "interim maintenance" is fixed and then cases continue to run.. 2) Do you know, that a divorced ex-wife can also file DV case i e. under PWDV Act, 2005? 3) Maintenance waiver? You think that during subsistence of marriage before divorce, a man can get maintenance waiver?

शुक्र है देर से ही सही सुप्रीम कोर्ट को ऐसे मामले में कुछ समझ तो आया !! एक दूसरे पर झूठे केस फाईल करना तो छोड़ो यदि दोनों या दोनों में से कोई एक मन बना ले कि चाहे जो हो जाए उसे उनके रिश्ते को आगे नहीं बढ़ाना है तो कोर्ट क्या कर लेगी उसका ?!! ज्यादा से ज्यादा अगर कानून में कोई प्रावधान होगा तो उसे कोई सजा सुना देगी परन्तु ऐसा करने से क्या वो रिश्ता बना रहेगा ?!! इस जरा सी बात को समझने में हमारे सर्वज्ञ ज्ञानी समझे जाने वाले पंचों को बहुत समय लग गया !!

अगर पत्नी को गुजारा भत्ता और एलिमोनी चाहिए तो पत्नी जो काम और जिम्मेदारी पति के साथ रहते हुए निभा रही थी वो अब भी उसे निभानी चाहिए| पत्नी में कामचोरी और लालच ये दो गुण होते है जिससे पति पर फर्जी केस किए जाते है अलग होने के बाद पति तो अपना कर्तव्य पत्नी का खर्च उठाकर पूरा करता है लेकिन पत्नी अपनी जिम्मेदारियों और कर्तव्य पूरे नही करती है, इस कानून के कारण पति को दोगुना ठगा जाता है उसके काम नहीं करने लेकिन उसके पैसे की भीख चाहिए गुजरा भत्ता और एलिमोनी का कानून बंद होना चाहिए ये कामचोरी को बढ़ावा देता है

Men & women are not equal. Stop this whinning of equality. If you think both should be considered equal then there should be not alimony in this case as both are earning equivalently. By that logic there should be no alimony. Alimony should only be given based on the condition/ situation of women. Not because just a women is standing against a men.

Everyone can not run to Supreme court. Supreme court lawyers charge few lakh rupees per hearing. This is not at all a solutiom after 5 crore pending cases.

Iss case mei bhi aadmi ki jo mental harrasment hui hai 20 saal tak court se or uski wife se ussko purri tarikhe se ignore krr diya. court ne ye kaha ki ladki ko bohot jyada pareshaniya hui hai toh usko compensation milega 50 lakh ka or jabki vo ladki IT company mei kaam krrke acha khasa paisa kama rahi hai. Or jabki iss cas mei saari galti ladki ki thi ussne ladke ko ithna bully kiya mentally torture kiya. Lekin usko punishment dene ki jagha usko iss act ke liye iss ghatiya behaviour ke liye usko reward kiya usko innam diya gya.. Hameshaa ki tarah ladki ko yaha prr bhi ese treat kra gya hai ki vo 5 saal ki choti bachi hai or ladka ko ese treat kara gya hai ki vo bas ek ATM hai... Pata nhi ye Systamatic Torture kab khatam hoga hum ladko ka..

Until now I could not understand why divorce is not given immediately? If the couple wants to marry again they can always do that. Alimony should only be given if the spouse does not work or does not earn money. And it should stop immediately when the spouse earns money. How many people can afford to go to Supreme Court

You said that Rs.50 lakhs alimony granted by Supreme Court ; but you have not mentioned what was Annual Salary of Husband & Wife ? If both were earning same amount , even then Supreme Court granted Rs.50 lakhs elimony to wife . Then wife would have become rich & husband would have become poor . Whether wife was made legal expenses on the Court Case for Rs.50 lakhs . How assessed Rs.50lakhs by S.C. ? When LAW is equal applicable to Men & Women , then why S.C. taken side of wife only ? Is this proper justice in the eye of legal provison in Constitution of India. ? Please comment since your guidance is incomplete.
