Where the mortgage is usufructuary and the accession has been acquired at the expense of the mortgagee, the profits, if any, arising from the accession shall, in the absence of a contract to the contrary, be set off against interest, if any, payable on the money so expended. Can you explain the above last paragraph of Section 63 of TPA with the help of illustrations?

Sir agar section 63 ke anusar mortgagee ne for the benefit of mortgage property ke liya accession kiya to uska expenses and cost mortagagor ne mortgagee ko dena padta hey kya? Or agar oo accession separable ho sakta hey property say to bhe mortgagor ne mortgagee ko cost and expense dena padta hey kya?
