Mortgaged property ka lease kaise hota h.? Agar Mortgagor ne apni Mortgaged property lease par diya hai to wo kyu paisa pay karega? 65(d) is not clear

Man insufficient security vale me confusion h thoda like apne jo example dia vo principal amount k liy h but section me likha h ki property ki 1/3 or 1/2 value. Jse apke example me building ki 1/2 value 5 lakh hogi or other agar h to 3.33 lakh, but apne 2.5 lakh btaya building me. So can you please clarify

I think there are some confusion with regard Security insufficient I means property’s worth must not be less than 1/3 enough to mortgage money. Suppose mortgage money rs 900/ property value rs 1500 then mortgagor in possession is allowed to decrease the value up to rs 200 only, just to secure mortgage property’s value more than 1/3rd of mortgage money.

Hello I read ur comment just right now. Mujhe bhi confussion hua tha but bare act me likha hai ki value of property exceed honi chahie 1/3 or 1/2 to the amount due to the mortgage.. As the case may be Like mortgage money is 5L to property if building hai uski value kam se kam (5L+1/2 OF 5L) honi chahie tat means 7.5L.
