Sections 3 & 4 | MacLehose Trail

In this second of five episodes on the MacLehose Trail, George and DJ take on Sections 3 & 4. Starting in Pak Tam Au, they climb four hills one after another with fantastic views along the way. It’s the hardest of the MacLehose. See if DJ and George make it to the other end.

Long slender head with round pupils was a greater green snake, commonly mistaken for the bamboo pit viper. That viper in Hong Kong is rare and hardly seen as it is an ambush snake active at night. The greater green snake hunts during the day on the ground, hence seen here on that day!
