Mam section 8 ka 2nd part i think aapne thoda gaalt bataya, aapke explanation ke acc to agr maan lo vo 5 saal ka hai, toh usse toh major hone mai he 13 saal lg jaane, toh ab kya usse time he nhi denge😅. Aapne jo kaha ki 18 hone ke baad bhi i think usko 3 saal he max milne and, jaha 6 saal bach jaate Udhr bhi 3 saal he max milne. Plzz correct if wrong

So section 6 gives the original time to a person which he would have otherwise if he were not in legal disability but section 8 comes and say " Sorry the original time is limited to 3 years only"
