Sector 150 is developing location but within next 5 years it will be developed. This is the best sector only paralyzed by the sports city land dispute. Once that is sorted, true potential will be seen.

I have researched all these markets, Delhi,Noida, Gr. Noida,Gurgaon and one thing I can say is that the prices quoted are for end user only in Noida. If you think you can sell for the rates mentioned by builder from time to time,it is not possible. No one is buying in resale in these sectors as there is lot of unsold inventory in old projects and every month there is a new project that is announced. Also for rental, the yield is quite low. My friend is paying 15k for property of 2000sqft in greater Noida. So for investing this might not be good bets. But best if you want to stay with your family in the flat.

The video posts a very rosy picture. Things are different . There're no 33 KV bays available from power station near sector 148 metro station for under construction projects. The sector is not included in Ganga Jal Board plans. So bijli as well as paani is a problem. Many other problems which builders and real estate experts hide. Contact me for actual details.

@@anshulsinghal8688 recommending Mahagun and samriddhi in sector 150 is absolutely bad advise. This sector is not liveable as of now for next 5-7 years at least. Why live in last sector of noida ? This is a tarai area thus not very solid. River bed hai. Metro connectivity is very poor not connection to Delhi metro. If you live here you will be cutoff from all relatives. These are artificial township with not even a single native person. No sense of belongingness to the place. No corporate in big numbers in noida so less jobs and thus less people moving to noida. Sub rate hype hai

Exatly. You can't live there. I am living in noida since many years i won't recommend 150 as of now. Very big security, infra, facilities, medical, school, issues there. @@Sudhakasagar01

Ncr ki halat sabko pata hai..agar thoda sa bhi registry ya possession phasa hua hai to door raho aisai project se..kyo tension lena bhai ...aam aadmi kai life mai aur bhi kaam hai ....mere cousin ka aaj approx 15 yers baad possession mila... extension mai delers and brokers dont make false promise...to users...this is for all agents...aagai kya hoga kya nahi tum kaisai bol saktai ye to gov ko he pata hoga..na...

Opening Factory lead to more labours but only corporate office will bring high paying educated gentry to noida which seems very far as of now.
