@jacobunderwood4957 Жыл бұрын
Yeah, like Trump and most rich people, you don't get to these kind of positions without getting away with a lot of crime. Financial crimes, sex crimes, crimes where a person is made a fool, don't often get reported by the victim. Getting away with crimes changes your view of the justice system... and eventually there comes a threshold where the criminal thinks the justice system is so incompetent that they'll never be caught.

The trope of fictional villains proudly admitting their deeds and bragging about their plans must come from somewhere. 😁 Dark-triad traits correlate with each other. Narcissists just can’t help themselves. They have to tell everyone how genius they supposedly are, rather than just letting their actions speak for themselves. Sometimes, even the “heroes” of a story commit this mistake - if narcissism is their fatal flaw. This goes back all the way to Ulysses / Odysseus, the “genius” behind the Trojan Horse: He was unwise enough to tell the cyclops Polyphemos his true name, after having just blinded him. With that, in the myth, he brought on himself the ire of Polyphemos’s father, the sea god Poseidon, which prolonged his journey over the oceans for many years. And if Poseidon had had his way, Odysseus would simply have died - only Zeus himself prohibited him from going that far.

What struck me while listening to him is how similar his control methods are to things regular employers do. Keeping employees in the dark about the workings of the business. Given employees a tiny fraction of the money they earn for the business. Making it difficult for them to leave in various ways. Noncompete agreements are pretty similar to taking someone's passport in that it puts a huge obstacle in front of anyone trying to leave. I wonder if a lot of people can't see what's wrong with what Tate was doing to these girls because they're in essentially the same kind of abusive relationship with their employers as Tate's victims were in with him. discounting the actual misogyny, alot of people especially men have a severe misunderstanding of what sex trafficking is. they think has to be the old school pimp game or international trafficking ring where prostitution is occurring. they cannot fathom that physical force isn't always required and simply withholding someone's passport to ensure they comply or using other forms of coercion to ensure they do something they'd otherwise be unwilling to do even if it's digital sex work with webcamming is still a crime.
@cosmin77sin Жыл бұрын
As someone from Romania who knew the webcam business intricasies from my wife who used to do this for a living I can tell you there are a few things that you got wrong. Now that doesn't mean that Tate is not a scumbag type of person but some of the comparisons to Epstine were incorrect. This entire online business it not technically legal in Romania, you can't register as a sex worker or online model and all this sudios (as they are usually referred to) are all over the country. Each city has multiple studios run by various people, usually guys with a simial attitude and mindset as Tate. However the webcam business it not illegal and you do have to register each person on the site and provide ID and other documentation to register each model, so the likleyhood of having underage models is low because it's done't make business sense to get involved with minors, you risk the sites closing down the studio accounts, so getting banned on all these sites for all the girls and you also increase your risk with the authorities. He had/has a few studios and with 76 girls not hundreds so that is a bit exaggerated. I assume these studios are run by other people at this point as there are 2 romanians that were also arested in the process. From what I know he doesn't speak fluent romanian and he would need help in that regard. When he mentions that the girls don't know much about taxes and you are saying that there are female accountants, that's not what he is talking about as most of these girls are very young 18 to 23 and since they went into the cam business they aren't necessarily studying to get their accounting/bussines degrees so he is right in that regard. He is not talking about women as a whole. The recruitment process is very similar to each studio, they girls convince other girls to get into this as at the beginning it's not something anyone wants to get into out of pride, it's all about the money. There is not much wrong in that regard as you can have recruiters for any other regular job and as long as it's nothing illegal there is no issue with that. He was not talking about recruiting girls to jack him off, he was talking about offering them a job. The entire business split is fairly common with 50/50 although what he did by scamming the girls out of an additional 20% is clearly illegal but at the same time saying it in a video and proving it's true is a different matter. The entire control thing is also not illegal, it's not like you get to see all the HR files at your job and get access to clients personal data or company passowds for their income as a regular employee, so it's nothing illegal there either. Usualy girls can do this on their own if they have experience in the industry and kave a bit of IT skills but the services provided by the studio are worth the split. The internet connection is top notch, IT support 24/7, you get offered the different attiers, toys, room, props, security, routine, guidance, all at the cost of the studio. What I'm trying to say is that if they are trying to prove the webcam business is human traffiking, it's going to be very difficult to convict. On the rape allegations, don't know anything about that, from what I understand he is married with 4 kids with different mothers but again this will be very difficult to prove if the claimant donsen't have sufficient proof. He was not charged with any tax evasion suit, however I assume that it would be very difficult to prove that one as well due to his many residencies in multiple countries. My point is that a lot of the clips in which he was stupid enough to talk about crimes are quite old and he has had a lot of time to hide and distance himself from that especially how big he is now in terms of wealth and the lawsuits are from this year and last year so it's not about his more obvious criminal past. I can't pretend to know if he will be found guilty or not guilty but I think it's highly unlikely he will actually get to spend any time in prison. If in this 30 days the prosecutor can't find enough evidence to keep him in Romania, he will leave and won't return, claiming the got out of the matrix. He as so many passports and willingness to move and live in any shady place that protects him from any accountability that he will do it. Also due to his large audience that is continuously posting on social media for him, he can't be banned and we will hear about him for a long time.

This is the comment I was looking for, so many people can be manipulated so easily by media, especially those against Tate, they use short clips of him that are out of context to defame him, I still believe Tate is innocent because he has done a lot of good for the world too, especially for the men who need to listen to him, thank you for this comment, it needs to be more exposed to the shitheads that can’t see through this defamation

So, a few things: 1) Tate's words in this video are...I'll understate things and call them "extremely distasteful". That said: 2) How different are Tate's words and actions from the ways bosses talk about and treat their workers? 3:34 - 3:50 While this sounds pretty awful, a Marxist would tell you that he's just describing the process of extracting surplus value. And honestly, I have a hard time arguing against that position. There is a reason your boss doesn't generally tell you how much value you're producing vs. how much you're being paid, and there's a reason most corporations' accounting files aren't easily available to their employees. How many times have you (or a co-worker) been told by your boss "we just can't afford to increase your pay," only to then find out that a co-worker is being paid more than the amount you asked for? Or they magically find the money to pay you more as soon as you get ready to jump ship to another company? 3:54 "Females are an asset." Sounds pretty disrespectful and dehumanizing -- but is it that different from a CEO talking about "acquiring human capital"? Or "reducing human capital", for that matter? The term "Human Resources" is basically saying the same thing. 4:31 - 5:12 Maintaining control of the phone and the information: Again, a Marxist would tell you that's what all capitalist bosses do; control the means of production so your workers can't use them if they leave. There is a reason that copying the formulas for the stuff that you produce is often a firing offense (the corporations call it "intellectual property theft"). There's also a reason corporations avoid unionization among their workers at all costs; it lessens the control of the bosses. 5:16 Manipulating the girls by evading taxes, then lying to them about it: Remind me again; how much in taxes has Amazon paid in recent years? 6:10 That trick with the tax-forms sounds a lot like the kinds of bureaucratic tricks corporations pull to get away with ripping off their workers. Honestly, the main difference between Tate and the corporations might be that Tate is more honest about what he's doing.

Kyle, buddy, don't use hair gel especially when your hair is this light in color. I love the color but it doesn't go well with hair gel. It makes it so stark against your scalp, and makes it so you look like you don't have much hair. The trick is to make it fluffy so it would look thick, Maybe use some hair wax instead to give it texture so you could style it better (but don't use too much otherwise it may look greasy). You could use hairspray as well. You could also try using Minoxidil, I've used it (as a female) and it's a miracle.
