Koi limit nahin hai govind. Lekin Personal loan last option hona chahiye. Agar apke paas option hai to home loan, top up loan, loan against property, loan against FD pehle try karein.

Sir I m unable to pay my personal loan EMI to my bank . I have no source to pay them back . Out of 10lac ,I paid them 3 lac , total outstanding is 7 lacs , the only thing I have is gold which has a worth of 2.80 lac , but bank is not willing to settle on that amount .I missed my 2nd gearing as well as did not receive any notice . If you have genuine reasons like you loose your job, then No. If you do it purposefully, then yes its a case of fraud.

First is that your credit score will be reduced. You will not get loans in future from any bank. Secondly, in case of a fraud, bank can file a case in court and whatever court decides as the legal punishment which can include fine and imprisonment.
