Thank you, yes Andre did film a lecture I gave for IMechE, so that'll be me too! One day I hope to get flying in the States!

Nice one mate, Iv had a couple of Avian gliders from steve in the past i remembered him being a thoroughly nice guy. I gave the sport up around 2002 had a brief foray again in 2008!! Im now considering getting back into the sport again over the summer and saw your crowd funding campaign with great interest. Nice one mate! There's never been a better time to get back into the sport, the equipment's better than ever, Facebook etc to discuss where to fly so you don't waste your time sitting on the wrong hill and mobile phones with live tracking to take the stress out of retrieves if you go XC! Hopefully I'll see you in the air sometime 😉

Thanks for that. technology is advancing all the time. Now there are some great little video cameras too, so you can rewatch your flights. take offs and landings decision making etc. be in touch!

I always fly with an action cam, as you say really useful for seeing what you've done wrong (and also for admiring the times you get it right!)

I worked for a flexy microlight company with the same problem (nuova Rossi Soavi) and if you work in the weekend I can give you a hand helping with the assembling of your glider. I have maintenance experience (I am working for amazon prime air) and I have master degree in aerospace engineering. However do you have also a flying club? I am happy to give monetary help enjoying it and come to peak district when is a good to fly.
