Chris Kenney needs to call out the judges by name responsible for denying the constitutional rights of those sitting in jail for two years without a speedy trial. Then these same judges should be disbarred. And those same judges deny the same people charged with the exculpatory evidence to defend themselves. Like access to the video in the Capitol building that the prosecutors have but refused to give to the defendants council. These judges know what the Constitution says and refuse to follow it. Obviously these federal judges have no respect for the Constitution no respect for the law and no respect for the oath that they took when they became federal judges.

Sorry if you were offended. Chansley trespassed. They all did. Republican McCarthy said next day they all should be charged. He entered the Chamber, wrote something on the desk. He was charged with obstructing an official proceeding. They were ALL sent there by Trump to stop the Vice President Certifying the Electoral College votes. It is a formality as the voters have made their choice. So all is needed is Pence to certify the votes. The Insurrection was timed to happen during this normal procedure solely to stop Pence certifying the vote. They did this by breaking in to the surroundings then breaking into the building by breaking windows, smashing doors. At this stage guilty of vandalism and trespass. The Senate Chamber was blocked, after Pence and Pelosi were smuggled out. Senators, one or two with guns guarding the door. They thought they were going to die or be kidnapped. Zip ties were taken in. The rioters took ropes to scale the building. So chanting hang Mike Pence, they stopped the certification because Pence fled for his life. The staff took the votes, and they were able to certify the election later. I don't think anyone is allowed at the speakers desk except the Speaker. That was Pelosi, NOT Chansley. Some cops were Trump supporters. Some cops were trying to de-escalate. A tourist visit is highly structured not to go in certain areas where offices and secret escape tunnels are. So that is why they are worried Carlson will expose these secrets on his show, which screens on Russia State TV as anti- American propaganda. And yes, Chansley did plead guilty, and requested organic food, which he was given. If Trump could stop the Electoral College votes from being certified that night, he could remain as President despite losing the election to Biden by 7.8 million votes. All Trump efforts before this to destroy Biden failed. Trying to blackmail Zelensky to lie, getting Barr, Giuliani to run around Europe trying to find evidence to smear Biden failed. Calling Biden sleepy Joe failed. This was Trump's last shot, along with the fake electoral college vote scam, which also failed, because a Republican Senator refused to submit the faked electoral sheet created by Trump and accomplices.
