I've only just come across your site hence the late comment compared to others.Frankly, I can see you going far and rising up through the ranks of U.K. Auditors. Your style is impressive, you are not obnoxiously aggressive ( like some ) nor confrontational ( again, like some ). Your style is to use reasoned argument delivered in a non aggressive fashion which really sets Mr Plod onto the back foot. They find this frustrating and gives them little reason to flex their muscles although, of course, they still try thereby showing them to be the aggressor. Well done to you young man, very enjoyable viewing.

Be prepared. There will probably be an occasion where you will get stopped and searched under sec 43. (Unlawfully perhaps, but it will probably happen). Just make sure you know what they can and can't do under a sec 43 stop. I had an ill informed officer who thought a sec 43 stop 'allowed' him to ID me, and if I refused, he could use a fingerprint scanner on me. Luckily, I knew sec 43 powers allowed no such thing. Know the legislation AND code of practice.👍 Subbed, and eager to see more from you.

This auditor needs to learn not to engage in conversations with police officers who comes talking then tries to find as much information without giving his information. He then tries to use the terrorism act. Time police officers were warned by the courts the abuse of the terrorism act.

Never has a police station been attacked since possibly the NI troubles, and what "Ideology" or illegal organization do they suspect a white Englishman of being a member of? What organization has threatened attacks on police or stations? Love to know these answers and perhaps you should ask some of these officers as I am sure they would stutter like they had a disability in response.

When they first approach you ask if you're being detained, if they say no just say good bye and walk away. You are allowed to film their faces you know, and they never identified themselves when they approached you. Always remember to get their names and badge numbers. So unless you're born in wales they don't think you should come to wales doing perfectly legal public filming? They really hate being transparent and looking stupid when they can never quote the laws. Well done on your audit.
