Really interesting footage - having seen the dam full in earlier videos it was fascinating to see the usually hidden infrastructure exposed with the flushing process - the dam is literally emptied with this task - would be fun to watch the caterpillar gathering the stranded sediment for removal by transport, l imagine. This is the Neelam Jhelum project in Pakistan made by China. Currently closed for indefinite period because to head race tunnel collapse due to faulty design and low quality of construction.
