Never heard about this technique before, have been dragging my rear brake to do something like this but of course that wouldn't respond like the front would. Currently sitting in 2 ft of snow now, damn I'm jealous, looks fantastic down there, hope to come down this spring and take in your training!

Most riders drag the rear brake into turns but like you said the affect is not the same. Doing the same dragging on your front brake will have much bigger impact. Looking forward to seeing you down here in the spring. We will keep the trails ready 👍🏻

Yes! You just have to careful when applying the front brake in lose dirt. The ADV bikes have such big rotors that it’s easy to over brake and lock up when going slow off road.
