This 34 minute movie was made by a professional production company here in Sedona and was viewed for several years in a full, 4 story IMAX theater called Supervue. It has a cast and a story line, not just pretty pictures of Sedona. Watch and enjoy this wonderful film.

I have travelled to many beautiful places in the USA and Sedona along with Mono Lake in Eastern California are the 2 most beautiful places on earth. I am lucky.. Absolutely breathtaking, and the beauty of Sedona and the stillness is why the native Indians make it the most sacred place in their lives Phil. Manchester. England

"If we look at the path, we do not see the sky. We are earth people on a spiritual journey to the stars. Our quest, our earth walk, is to look within, to now who we are, to see that we are connected to all things, that there is no separation, only in the mind " Native American, source unknown

I've traveled to many places, and out of every place that I've been to, Oak Creek Canyon is by far the most magnificent place on Earth full stop. My little cabin at Mormon Lake ain't bad either, but nothing compares to Oak Creek Canyon.

Sedona is a great place to visit, even to live. It is the desert, but high desert. It can get hot in the summer, but at night it cools down into the 70s. The winters can get into the 20s but usually 30s at night and 50s and 60s during the day. Two or three snow storms, but the snow is usually gone by noon. The biggest challenge for some is the high volume of tourists on holiday weekend, and spring and fall, our busy season. Unfortunately housing has become rather expensive.

The most colossal , gigantic and magnificent breathtaking scenic beauty I ever beheld in my entire life. Only because of your super quality video production this was possible for me and then narrated by the original inhabitant of Sedona. You are made of the soil and know it. How much enjoyable for me .Thank you very much. Salisbury Park , Pune. Jai Maharashtra.

Truly amazing video that my puny computer monitor did not do justice to. Visited Sedona once a few years ago and apparently missed an awful lot of great scenic vistas and places featured in this film. I guess that's good enough reason to consider returning again.

A number of commentators have referred to the area as “the desert”. This a common but incorrect statement. The region is arid, but it’s well north of the northern Sonoran desert.

You’re right, it isn’t a very high resolution. It’s was digitized a few years ago from original DVD. I think this reflects the age of technology converting the 70 mm film into digital.

Can somebody please tell me where can I get the OST music used in this? I use it in the mornings, but I need just the original music. Even checked the music directors website, but guess Arizona Department of Tourism owns the rights to these.

Did volcanoes really have something to do with the Red Rocks ??
@TheRealTomWendel
@TheRealTomWendel 10 ай бұрын
The volcanic layers of basalt on the rim came much later. House Mountain about 10 million years ago. The deposits from the north about 1.5 million years ago.

"viewed for several years in a full, 4 story IMAX theater" and you have the top resolution on this video as 480p, not 1080 or even 720 but 480. I expected better
