Yea, Mark McGuire said he was very humble when he was interviewed about Judge breaking his record.
@tnbtnb33697 жыл бұрын
He should start flipping the bat before other teams see him ass a target and start beaming him in certain situations. he needs to stop being so humble and pimp a home run once in a while. knowing his size no one will ever wanna show him up.
@cenayankeesking2347 жыл бұрын
TNB LKD so he should stop being humble because it would cause people to go after him? Wow that made so little sense reading your comment gave me brain cancer.
@tnbtnb33697 жыл бұрын
MyNameIsJeff 2621 No he's way too soft and other teams have noticed that, I seen a game where the pitcher was throwing at him and eventually hit him and he did nothing he needs to stop doing that and toughen up.

TheRealesTizzy So the best way to react during a slump is to lose all of your confidence, look terribly lost at the plate and swing at anything that is thrown at you? Yea, great advice for young players. Basically what you're saying is to be okay with being in a slump and striking out in every single at bat as long as you're humble and respected. If you want to progress at any sport, that's not the attitude you need in order to improve. The only way you're going to improve your hitting at the plate is to remind yourself who you are, how you got yourself into a certain position and gain some confidence and arrogance which is the total opposite of what judge does which is why he gets brushed off the plate all the time. Arrogant and Confident players always progress and get out of slumps quicker than soft humble guys who think it's okay to be 0 for 25 as long as people like you, Setting a terrible example for young athletes.

He might get AL MVP, but I'm pretty sure Stanton will get NL MVP and also Stanton hit more homeruns this season. Stanton and Judge are crazy fun to watch.

Judge seems like a humble guy who works hard. The scary thing is, that as good as he is...he can get better! His strike outs will go down as he gets more familiar with the league. I believe Judge changed his swing even before the oblique injury (the different swing is perhaps the reason he hurt himself); notice how explosived his swing was earlier and how many balls he was hitting to left and center field as suppose to now where he is trying to inside out (while upper cutting) everything to right field. Maybe he is playing hurt or perhaps he decided to change his approach and now he is a different player.
