Выбирайте правильно обувь. По форме стопы, а не так что притрется или кожа растягивается. Обувь не должна менять форму пальцев ног, сжимать вдоль или поперёг, узкая обувь в носках - это гарантия шишек на стопах. Это простой способ, а если добавить работу с телом, выравнить ось, подтянуть внутренние поверхности бёдер, поработать с заваленными и завёрнутыми ногами, поясничный отдел, осанка - то будет вам здоровье и счастье + красивые пальчики ног, если конечно это не запущено. Забудьте про красивые, лакированные, узкие, на каблуках и ТД. туфельки, мужчин это тоже касается, помните красота в первую очередь - в здоровье!

Работаю в реабилитации. Довольно много приходит после подобных операций. С симптоматической картиной болей хуже, чем до нее. 2-3 года после. Плюс на видео подлог. Кость в размере не увеличивается, она разворачивается, выставляя угол наружу. Ну или не совсем прозрачно этот момент показан.

Geez, it looks like a surprisingly invasive surgery for something that seems so simple and common of an ailment. Shaving off portions of bones and joints just seems like a lot. I have one beginning to form on one of my feet. i hope it doesn't get too bad.

​@@zhuk9349 называется hallux valgus (халлюкс впльгус). Сделал себе операцию месяц назад, сейчас реабилитацию прохожу. Причина - поперечное плоскостопие и слабые мышцы поперечной стопы. Мышцы просто не держут кость в нужном положении, со временем связки растягиваются и она уходит в бок. В 80% случаев - это генетика. У меня и мамы и у отца эта проблема, поэтому у меня начала смещаться ещё лет в 8-9. Сейчас мне 37. Терпеть боль при хотьбе со временем стало невозможно,да и эстетически выглядело ужасно, большой палец завалился вправо и залез под второй. Обувь через три носки теряет форму и обретает убогий вид. Сделал операцию 04.07.2023, сегодня 06.08.2023. Отёк ещё держится, хожу в специальной обуви Баруха. Через две недели её снимать и начинать потихоньку ходить.

@@s_irina_06 по назначению врача, прокололи 2 курса хондропрепаратов. PRP уколы, разделитель и ежедневная зарядка/гимнастика. По истечении месяцев 3-4 посмотрим, это не быстрый процесс.

Конский внутренний жир размягчает хрящ нарост, и необходимо делать гимнастику для укрепления мышц стопы, пальчиков , связок, изменить список потребляемых продуктов,которые способствуют выводу молочной кислоты, отложению солей… и самое главное выяснить причину этой проблемы. Это и проблема выправления голеностопной и тазобедренной костей.

Do not wear crappy shoes ad you wont't have those problems. (Crappy shoes are basicly 90% of every shoe in market btw) So do not wear shoesat all when you really do not need them, and when you do need them, buy so called barefoot ones. Be carefull in transition time from crappy shoes. Excersise your feet.

@@vickybiagini8623 apparently you both were crappy shoes. My whole family have feet almost nonhuman looking. Yet my sister and me we have feet all right. Altho few years back my feet started developing bunions, they are long gone now. We just throwed all our shoes to the bin and bought barefoot shoes. And all the times it Is possible go complete barefoot. And all our feet and backpain problems were solved.

@@НиколайКубашин Надо восстановить подвижность в месте прикрепления пальцев ног к стопе. Их нужно разминать вверх и сжимать, как пальцы рук, вниз. На пол кладёте что нибудь типа листа толстой резины, чтобы не было больно и по ней пальцы стопы прокатываете вперед-назад чтобы они сжимались в кулачок и разжимались вверх относительно стопы под прямым углом. Когда этого достигнете, кости встанут на место, большой палец встанет строго прямо и нарост уйдет. Добиваться такой подвижности будете долго. Ну и ежедневный массаж-разминание стопы. Это упражнение мне показала врач-мануал, которая на моих глазах себе за некоторое время убрала этот дефект.

I have read that applying Castor oil at night makes the Bunion and Bone spurs go away, but you have to be consistent, it takes around 2-3 months. There are videos about this on KZbin aswell. Not my personal experience though.. just sharing.. someone might get benefitted from it.

I just got him from surgery. The pain isn't so bad. It actually feels like a throbbing foot spur. I have severe body pain for 27, years. All day long. Even Percocet 10/325 doesn't help. I just don't like the throbbing. No pain where the bunion was. Plus I had 2 other part surgies. Would I do it again? Ask me tomorrow.
